Tooth Whitening (bleaching) gel will only whiten natural teeth. It will NOT bleach (whiten), nor harm bonding, caps, crowns, bridges, fillings or any other artificial dental work. You may have to have the dentistry redone in order to match your new white teeth. Tetracycline (an antibiotic) stained teeth or grayish teeth are more difficult to bleach and have varied prognosis. Exposed root portion of teeth which occurs with gum recession will also not bleach. If you have amalgam (silver) fillings in, near or behind the front teeth, long term bleaching can cause the surrounding tooth to have a greenish tinge. Bleaching teeth which have a lot of translucency (see thru) can cause the teeth to become even more translucent and may give the tooth a darker appearance. It is important to consult a dentist if you have any of the above concerns.
Your teeth or gums may become sensitive. This is common while using any products containing peroxide based gels and it is reversible. In case of increased sensitivity reduce wear time and/or frequency (skip a day or two)until the sensitivity subsides. We also recommend the use of Dr. Collins RESTORE toothpaste before and after bleaching to reduce any sensitivity that may occur.
Keep bleaching gel out of reach of children. Do NOT use if pregnant or during nursing. Do NOT smoke, drink or eat while bleaching your teeth. It is important to apply the teeth whitening gel properly to prevent waste and to minimize sensitivity that may be experienced during use.
Brush and floss just prior to bleaching your teeth. The whitening gel is the most effective with clean teeth. It is recommended to have a professional cleaning of your teeth to insure the removal of calculus (tartar) and external stains.
Boil water and submerge one tray for 5-10 seconds to soften. Place tray in your mouth over the upper teeth and press against front teeth with fingers and the back of teeth using your tongue. Close mouth and suck-on tray for a closer fit. The tray can be re softened and chilled again for a better fit. Cut off the handle with scissors. Repeat process to mold the lower tray. Try the trays in first without any bleach to check the fit and comfort. Make sure that the bleaching trays are clean and dry before apply the whitening gel. Moisture reduces the efficiency of the whitening gel and slows down the whitening process.

Boil a pot of water and then submerge your mouthpiece into it for 5 to 15 seconds. You will see the mouthpiece begin to wilt.
NOTE: Keeping the mouthpiece submerged too long will cause it to shrink.

Place the mouthpiece into your mouth and press it against the front of your teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue. Let it cool and your mouthpiece is now perfectly molded to your teeth.

NOTE: You will only need to conduct the boil-n-bite procedure once for each mouthpiece, not each time you conduct your whitening session.

After you have formed your Whitening Trays, your trays are ready for use.
Squeeze Whitening gel into the front of your mouthpiece. You don't need to over fill it. Place mouthpiece over your teeth for 1-3 hours. Repeat this process for both upper and lower teeth once per day until teeth have reached desired shade of white.
When applying the gel make sure NOT to fill the trays. Place a SMALL teardrop of tooth whitening gel half way up on the inner front surface of tray (in the front of each tooth in the tray). Do not spread the bleach. Recap the syringe for next treatment until empty. The average treatment per arch requires approximately 0.5ml of whitening gel. We recommend that you only bleach one side at a time and only the front 6-8 teeth as no one sees the back teeth.
Insert whitening tray in the mouth over the teeth. Seat the tray firmly against the teeth by pressing gently. Remove excess gel, which may seep over the brim of the tray onto your gums. Hold the tray up with one hand and wipe the excess gel off of the gums with your finger or tissue. To reduce gum irritation, limit peroxide contact to the tooth surfaces. Wear trays with bleaching gel as directed in section 5.
We recommend a wear time of 15 to 30 minutes for the first session. Increase wear-time if little or no sensitivity is experienced. Recommended wearing time for Carbamide Peroxide(CP) Bleaching Gel. 10% or 16%: use for 1 to 4 hours once or twice per day or overnight. 22%: use for 30 minutes to 1 hour once or twice per day. Do NOT exceed 1 hour application.
Clean whitening trays with a toothbrush or Q-tip and cold water. Store trays in the tray holder and gel in cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. The gel may be refrigerated to prolong the shelf life, but DO NOT FREEZE. Shelf life is 1 year unrefrigerated and 2 years refrigerated.
Use Dr. Collins ALL White Toothpaste daily to keep your teeth at their whitest. Touch-up whitening can also be done with 1-2 applications every 4-6 months or as needed.
On average, noticeable results are achieved after 7-14 cumulative sessions of wear-time. Conduct your whitening session once per day until desired shade of white is attained.

I always thought that the most expensive products were the best products, and I spent hundreds of dollars on a previous kit that gave me very little results. When my friend recommended me this product I was skeptical but after using it and seeing the results myself I am truly amazed and now tell everyone that they have to try this. I just wanted to say thank you for this.

Individual bleaching results vary and particular results cannot be guaranteed. It is essential to follow the enclosed directions consistently. Not following the instructions can damage teeth and gums. In some instances, bleaching may result in blotchiness and/or a non-uniform tooth surface. Other unexpected results can also occur and maybe permanent. When purchasing any bleaching agent, buyers are accepting all risks associated with tooth bleaching and release and hold harmless the manufacturers and distributors, and their agents, employees and principals for any issues, injury, harm, or complications that may arise from or are associated with bleaching. Nearly all tooth bleaching studies have been conducted with 10% carbamide peroxide (CP). Use of higher strength gels should only be used at one's own risk. We are not liable or responsible for adverse effects that higher strength gels may cause.
